The work shall include the supply, installation, and finishing of a false ceiling system as per approved drawings, design, and site requirements. The false ceiling shall be constructed using a GI metal framework suspended from the structural slab with approved hangers, anchor fasteners, and suspension systems to ensure proper strength, alignment, and stability.

The framework shall consist of perimeter channels, intermediate channels, ceiling sections, and suspension rods fixed at required spacing to form a rigid grid system. High-quality gypsum boards / calcium silicate boards of approved thickness shall be fixed to the metal framework using suitable screws.

All board joints shall be treated with jointing tape and jointing compound to achieve a seamless and crack-free surface. The ceiling surface shall be properly leveled, aligned, and finished smoothly to receive the final finish such as putty, primer, and paint where specified.

The scope shall also include cutting and making provisions for light fixtures, diffusers, AC grills, sprinklers, access panels, and other services as per the electrical and HVAC layout drawings.

All materials used shall be of approved quality and installed by skilled labor in accordance with standard industry practices and safety guidelines. The completed false ceiling shall be uniform, level, aesthetically pleasing, and free from visible defects such as cracks, sagging, or uneven joints.
